6_edited.jpg
The logo of the Nationalist Research Forum Bangladesh (NRFBD) is a visual embodiment of the organisation’s core values—sovereignty, knowledge, national identity, and dignity. Each element in the design carries deep symbolic significance, rooted in Bangladesh’s history, struggle, and vision for the future.
🟩 The Map of Bangladesh
At the heart of the logo is the silhouette of Bangladesh. Rendered in deep green, it reflects the fertility, resilience, and cultural richness of our motherland. It reminds us that our work begins and ends in service to the nation and its people.
🌍 The Globe
Encircling the map is a simplified globe, symbolising Bangladesh’s rightful place in global affairs. It represents our belief in independent foreign policy, self-reliance, and meaningful participation in international dialogue—guided always by national interest.
🌾 Golden Paddy Wreaths
Flanking the globe are two golden stalks of paddy, the lifeblood of our agrarian heritage. These represent the dignity of labour, food security, and economic justice for all. The rice sheaves also reflect the aspirations of ordinary citizens whose voices we seek to amplify through principled research and policy.
🔵 The Circular Emblem
The circular form signifies unity, continuity, and completeness. It affirms that our nationalism is not exclusionary but inclusive, rooted in harmony and collective advancement.
🔠 The Typeface
The bold serif font used for "Nationalist Research Forum Bangladesh" exudes authority, tradition, and scholarly seriousness. The capitalisation reinforces the institution’s clarity of purpose and public standing.
🌟 Combined Meaning
Together, these elements convey a simple yet profound message:
Bangladesh is sovereign. Its people are capable. Its policy must reflect its principles.
The logo is not merely a mark of identity, but a declaration of commitment—to research, to nationalism, and to a future shaped by the values of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and the founding spirit of our republic.
